The practice provides a full range of services and our veterinary care is underpinned by the use of a full range of modern treatments. A list of services is detailed below:

• 24-7 emergency service on our premises by our own vets. 
• Pet passport and DEFRA LVI services. 
• SMS text and postal or email reminder system
• Situated in modern, spacious and comfortable premises 
• Diagnostic and medical technology including Ultrasound, endoscopes, automated laboratory, Computed radiography, Blood pressure Doppler.
• Surgical technology including electrosurgery and temperature controlled beds and peri-operative monitors.
• Visiting multi-disciplinary specialists
• Housecall and off-site treatment where appropriate. 
• Store for pet foods and accessories
• Nurse clinics e.g. weight control
• Active support for local charities, animal rescue and rehabilitation of strays and pets forced into feral existence.

Booster and Other Reminders - SMS Text and postal Some of you may already have received text messages to remind you that your animal's booster vaccination is due. This is an addition to the usual postcard. If you do not get them, make sure we have your mobiles' numbers. If you prefer to opt out of text reminders please let us know. 

 

All-year-round Vaccine Amnesty from £32
Forgotten last year's booster? re-vaccination too expensive? Now your pet could benefit from this amnesty if its vaccinations are out of date. For the cost of a single annual booster, a new full vaccination course and checkup is yours, and his. Remember that an un-vaccinated or un-boosted pet is at risk from fatal diseases Parvo virus & Leptospirosis.

 

Help with vet bills:

When money is scarce and your pet or another animal needs treatment there are often ways of getting help quickly. We are PDSA Pet-Aid Centre for CB8 and CB9 postcodes. On behalf of the People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals, we have helped hundreds of pets in distress to get better even when money is scarce.
